Mr. Altizer has been part of the CCPS family since 2004. He taught US and World History at Thomas Dale High School for 8 years while also coaching JV and Varsity football as well as JV baseball for the Knights. Mr. Altizer began his career in administration at Bailey Bridge Middle School in 2012. After four years at BBMS, Mr. Altizer joined the admin team as the Associate Principal at Manchester High School. Two years later he became the Principal at Manchester Middle School and was the Principal there for six years. Mr. Altizer became Principal at Clover Hill High School in 2024.

Mr. Altizer received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2004 and his Master of Education degree in Educational Administration from Lamar University in 2013.

Ms. Renee Green was born and raised just outside of Tampa, Florida and graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education. She began her teaching career at James W. Mitchell High School in New Port Richey, Florida where she taught United States History. She moved to Virginia in 2009 and became a proud Panther teaching and coaching at Hermitage High School in Henrico County. While there she taught Advanced Placement Psychology and World History I courses. She also served as the Head Softball Coach for 3 years. In 2016 Ms. Green made the move to Chesterfield County becoming a Warrior at Matoaca High School teaching World History I and Success courses. She earned her Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from Virginia Polytechnic and State University in 2017 and began her role as the Dean of Students at Carver College and Career Academy that same year. In 2018 she became part of the Skyhawk family being named as an assistant principal at L.C. Bird High School. Ms. Green spent 4 years proudly serving the L.C. Bird High School community and in 2022 had the opportunity to be appointed to the position as the Associate Principal of the Career and Technical Center at Hull Street. Preparing students to be both college and career ready is a passion of hers and her time at CTC@Hull reinforced her commitment to help all students regardless of their background find their path in life. In 2024 Ms. Green took the opportunity to return to her roots as a comprehensive administrator and now proudly serves the Clover Hill community as an assistant principal, Go Cavs!

Mrs. White has been in public education for twenty-three years. Four years in Prince George’s County, Maryland as a business teacher, one year in Petersburg, Virginia as a business teacher, and eighteen years in Chesterfield County, Virginia. Eight years as a business teacher, three years as a Dean of Students, and seven years as an Assistant Principal. This will be her sixth year at Clover Hill High School as an Assistant Principal.

Mrs. White graduated from Virginia State University with a BS in Hotel/Restaurant and Institutional Management. She received her Master’s from Strayer University in Accounting. Lastly, she completed her Education Specialist in Education Leadership through Liberty University.

Mrs. White is the proud parent of JaCory and the proud grandmother to Zuriyah. She and her husband John, reside in Dinwiddie.

Dr. Dana Dale has served students in public education for more than twenty years. She began her career in Kirksville, Missouri, working with students receiving exceptional education services before moving to Virginia in 2003 to teach sixth-grade mathematics in Henrico County. In 2004, she joined Chesterfield County Public Schools, where she taught mathematics at Carver Middle School, Manchester Middle School, and Falling Creek Middle School.

Dr. Dale began her administrative career as Dean of Students at Cosby High School before spending ten years as an Assistant Principal at Carver College and Career Academy. During her time at Carver, she led initiatives focused on improving student attendance, strengthening Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), enhancing literacy instruction, and building positive school culture. She is excited to now serve the students, staff, and families of Clover Hill High School.

Dr. Dale earned her bachelor's degree in Business Education from Buena Vista University in Iowa, her master's degree in Educational Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University, and her Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Liberty University. Her doctoral research focused on strategies to reduce chronic absenteeism and improve student engagement.

Outside of school, Dr. Dale is the proud mother of seven Chesterfield County Public Schools graduates and enjoys spending time with her growing family, including her grandsons. She believes that strong relationships, high expectations, and a supportive school community help every student reach their full potential.

With over 17 years of experience in education, Mrs. Deliazard currently serves as the Dean of Students at Clover Hill High School. She previously taught ESL, Success classes, and coached the Girls Junior Varsity Volleyball team.

Before joining Chesterfield County Public Schools, Mrs. Deliazard worked for the Department of Defense Education Activity in Japan as a classroom teacher and School Site Literacy Leader. Prior to moving overseas, she also served as a Literacy Support Specialist for Hampton City Schools and taught in multiple districts across Virginia and Florida.

Mrs. Deliazard is a graduate of Florida International University in Miami, Florida, where she earned a B.S. in Elementary Education with an ESOL Endorsement (K–12). Additionally, she is a graduate of Liberty University, where she earned an M.S. in Early Childhood Education with a focus on Leadership. Currently, she is pursuing a Post-Master’s Certificate in School Administration and Supervision at Liberty University.

Mrs. Deliazard is passionate about supporting students academically, socially, and emotionally. Her experience working with diverse learners, including military-connected students, students with disabilities, and English language learners, will enable her to foster positive relationships. She believes consistent support is key to a student's success.

Mrs. Deliazard resides in the Clover Hill District with her husband, Poliakoff, their three children, all of whom attend Chesterfield County Public Schools,  and their fur baby, Penny.

Mr. Henry has served as the Coordinator of the Math & Science Specialty Center since 2019 after joining Clover Hill High School as a history teacher in 2008.  Growing up in Maryland, Mr. Henry attended McDaniel College (formerly Western Maryland College) where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in History with a Minor in Secondary Education.  Upon graduation, he taught Special Education for three years in Henrico County while earning Masters of Science in Special Education from ODU.  Over the course of his career, before transitioning to his current role, he taught a variety of history subjects from the self-contained setting to AP US History and Historical Research in the Math/Sci Specialty Center while coaching Varsity Soccer and Football.

Mr Henry resides in Chesterfield County with his wife Christine, also a teacher in Chesterfield County, and their three sons.  Two of their children are graduates of CCPS schools while their youngest is currently in high school.

Mr. Lawson is a graduate of Clover Hill High School, class of 1996. After graduating from CHHS Mr. Lawson attended Virginia Commonwealth University where he earned a BS in Criminal Justice. In 2000, Mr. Lawson joined the Virginia Army National Guard and served until September 2008. During Mr. Lawson’s time in the National Guard he returned to VCU to earn his Master of Education/Counselor Education degree. This is Mr. Lawson’s 18th year as a school counselor in CCPS and his 12th year at CHHS serving as the School Counseling Coordinator. Both Mr. Lawson and his wife (Christine) serve as school counselors in Chesterfield County while raising two happy and healthy children.

Ms. Pangaud joined the Cavalier family in the fall of 2024 as the Section 504 Coordinator, a special education teacher, and case manager. Prior to making her way to the Hill, she was at Meadowbrook High School for six years. Ms. Pangaud has been working in education for the past 20 years in Chesterfield County, Prince William County, V.A., Prince George's County, M.D, and the District of Columbia. She is a dual-certified special education teacher and case manager with a background working with all disabilities and special programs.

Ms. Pangaud resides in Chesterfield County with her husband and three children.
